Having read the document "checklist for travellers", supplied by the travel agency I see that some important items are missing - (1) make sure you have plenty of clean underwear, (2) don't forget your handkerchief (vital piece of clothing Bilbo forget when embarking on his dragon expedition), (3) don't forget the battery charger (phone , camera, satnav, the list is endless), (4) leave the kids with granny, you will enjoy yourself much more.

All good fun, lost my blog - definitely IT is not my thing - but found it again. The weather is scorching here in Bedford this weekend, getting in the mood for the beach - miss Weymouth for that. Never mind Dubai here I come, strikes and ash clouds permitting.

Start of the adventure, suitcase empty, stuff all over the floor but tickets in hand. Bought a notebook, oh how I wish I was an IT nerd!!!! - sorry guys. Sorted Flickr, now having a go at the blog. Oh dear what next I wonder. Anyway take off is 4th June all being well, firstly though have a demandinmg bank holiday weekend walking in and around Cheltenham.
